“Somewhere between a blank canvas and a user's first click, there's a decision. I've been making those decisions, thoughtfully, for over 10 years.”
I'm Aline. I owned a rock'n roll pub at 21, cycled the coast of Uruguay in five days, and won a short story prize in a local newspaper. Somewhere between all of that, I fell in love with design, and never looked back. People keep telling me I'm creative. I keep telling them I'm quirky. Both are probably true.
My Approach
I design experiences that feel, not just function. Curiosity comes first, I research in the field, talk to real people, and sit with a problem until I understand it properly. I believe accessibility is not a checklist but a value, and that emotion and clarity are never opposites. Good design should feel like it was always there.
Connection is everything
I work best in teams where good humour is part of the culture and collaboration is real, in-person or remote. What matters is that people genuinely care about each other's work.
Beyond the screen
Reading was my first passion, followed by writing and drawing. Add puzzles, board games, cycling, hiking, and conversations about politics, human rights, and music, and that's a bit of me.
